Key Responsibilities
Development and configuration: Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications, modules (CSM or FSO), workflows, andcatalogitems. This includes setting up forms, fields, client scripts, business rules, and UI policies.
Integration: Build andmaintainintegrations with other systems and third-party applications using tools like REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub.
Customization: Write andmaintaincustom code using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to meet specific business needs.
