"o Service Catalogs development with Standard and Multi row variable sets
o Flow Designer (Flows, sub flows and decision tables) – Moderate to Complex workflows
o Development experience in Multi-page record producers/catalog forms
o Employee Center – Advanced to Expert level experience in portal development
o Moderate to Advanced level Scripting knowledge for all other development activities.
o Hands on implementation experience of discovery, analysis of discovery logs for errors.
o Support CMDB health checks, audits, and data cleanup activities.
o Perform daily administration and monitoring of ServiceNow Discovery and CMDB processes.
