Please note that this post is funded for the 2026/27 academic year onwards so the successful candidate would not be expected to commence in post prior to August 2026.
You will follow our agreed schemes of work and assessment schedules, and you will be expected to set a minimum of one piece of marked work each class every week recorded on Pro‑Monitor. You will prepare students for June exams, mark home‑work and mock exams, conduct student monitoring, and where appropriate, support curriculum development.
You will hold a degree or relevant professional qualification in an appropriate subject, hold a teaching qualification (or be willing to work towards one), and have excellent teaching skills in GCSE and Functional Skills Mathematics for students aged 16‑19 years.
