Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate/ Senior Associate, Business Development (China Market) based in Bukit Bintang, Malaysia. The Associate will be responsible for identifying and generating business opportunities, conducting market research, preparing and delivering compelling presentations, and maintaining effective communication with clients. The role requires collaboration across teams to achieve business development goals and support organisational growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within China and Chinese-speaking markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, HR leaders, and key decision-makers from Chinese enterprises and overseas Chinese businesses.
