The Role
Hands-on management of AR, AP, and credit card merchant processing functions. This position supports tax and treasury activities and partners closely with the corporate accounting team. High attention to detail and a strong understanding of end-to-end payment workflows are essential.
Responsibilities
- Manage AR and AP teams across billing, collections, and vendor payments
- Oversee payment card processing systems, cash clearing, and account reconciliations
- Identify and resolve payment exceptions in a timely manner
- Support sales tax reporting, 1099 preparation, and NACHA compliance
- Drive process improvement across payment and transaction workflows
- Develop and support a team of 7 direct reports
