This position may work within traditional waterfall project teams or within a strategic, agile, DevOps project team. Observing and documenting the current state objectively and develop clear solution requirements through influence, facilitation, and communication. The Functional Business Analyst will gain an understanding of the customers, identify business problems that need to be solved, and document the current state drivers of those problems. The Business Analyst will need to map process flows, capture data requirements, create user stories, and document findings in a format understandable to all stakeholders.
