SHE Manager – 12 Month FTC (Maternity Cover)
Location: Dalston, Cumbria

Salary 50k-60k depending on experience

We are looking for an experienced SHE Manager to join a well-established manufacturing site on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
The site has a strong focus on maintaining and improving safety performance, compliance and site leadership. There is also ongoing development of the SHE function and continued investment in site capability. The site is a key manufacturing operation within a high-investment production environment.

You will lead SHE across manufacturing, production, warehousing and logistics, working closely with the Factory Manager and wider leadership team. A key focus will be supporting the continued development of the site’s SHE culture.

Requirements:
• NEBOSH Diploma (essential)
• Strong background in FMCG or manufacturing (engineering, logistics, warehousing also considered)
