Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain the Project SHE Plan in line with statutory, client, and company requirements.Identify workplace hazards and conduct risk assessments / HIRA / JSA for all activities.Ensure implementation of safe systems of work, method statements, and permit-to-work systems.Monitor compliance with PPE usage, safe work practices, and site safety rules.Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses; prepare root cause analysis and corrective action plans.Maintain accident statistics and safety performance indicators (TRIR, LTIFR, etc.).Coordinate emergency preparedness and response plans, including mock drillsEnsure compliance with applicable national and local SHE legislation (Factories Act, BOCW Act, OSHA, Environmental Acts, etc.).Liaise with government authorities, statutory bodies, and auditors.Support internal, external, and client SHE au...
