**Job Title: Sheet Metal Foreman**

**Job Description**

This role leads field sheet metal operations on a new ground-up healthcare construction project, overseeing sheet metal mechanics, coordinating ductwork installation, and ensuring work meets quality, safety, and schedule expectations. The sheet metal foreman actively participates in installations, interprets blueprints and layouts, and supports daily timekeeping and reporting to keep the project on track.

**Responsibilities**

+ Oversee and lead sheet metal mechanics on a new construction job site, ensuring safe and efficient work practices.
