**Responsibilities**

+ Fabricate HVAC ductwork and sheet metal components, including rectangular, round, and spiral duct systems.
+ Set up and operate fabrication equipment such as press brakes, shears, rollers, and plasma cutting machines.
+ Measure, mark, and lay out sheet metal based on blueprints and shop drawings.
+ Cut, bend, and form sheet metal to required dimensions and configurations.
+ Assemble ductwork and fittings, ensuring proper alignment, secure connections, and structural integrity.
+ Inspect finished products for accuracy, quality, and compliance with project specifications and shop standards.
+ Smooth seams, joints, and surfaces to ensure proper fit, finish, and appearance.
