As a Sheet Metal Worker at Siemens Energy's Ruston Works facility in Lincoln, you will play a key role in the manufacture of precision components used within our Small Gas Turbine product range. Working as part of a skilled manufacturing team, you will fabricate and weld nickel alloy components to exacting standards, using specialist jigs, tooling, and engineering drawings to deliver high-quality products that support our global customer base. This is a hands‑on role where quality, precision, and teamwork are critical. You will work closely with production and engineering teams to ensure components are manufactured safely, efficiently, and to specification.
