Shift Lead – Aircraft Materials

The Shift Lead is responsible for leading a highly motivated team of Aircraft Material Coordinators to ensure materials inventory requirements are met efficiently and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Inventory team and other departments to address projects, resolve issues, and ensure effective communication.
• Coordinate team priorities, duties, and staffing requirements to ensure tasks are completed professionally and on time.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and training to Aircraft Material Coordinators, fostering development in inventory management practices aligned with WestJet policies and Transport Canada regulations.
