Position Details

Lead Technician Electrical Bias – Moorgate, London. Salary: £56,010 plus overtime and great benefits. Shift pattern: 4 on, 4 off, 6 on, 4 off, 4 on, 6 off – alternating day (0700‑1900) and night (1900‑0700) shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a small team carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance.
• Perform hands‑on electrical and mechanical maintenance.
• Ensure all work is delivered to a high standard with a 95%+ completion rate on reactive tasks.
• Monitor and maintain building systems including BMS, HVAC, pumps, and control systems.
• Conduct regular site and safety inspections in line with NG Bailey standards.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures.
• Coordinate and supervise specialist subcontractors as needed.
• Accurately complete all documentation and data entry into client systems.
