Twenty-five years ago, I started my McDonald's journey as a Crew Member. Through hard work, learning, and the support of great leaders, I advanced through the restaurant and eventually became a McDonald's Owner/Operator. Today, I'm proud to lead a team serving the Dayton community and creating opportunities for others to grow.
