This role is responsible for leading a safe work environment while driving quality, productivity, and team performance in a fast-paced manufacturing operation. The ideal candidate is a floor leader who can build strong teams, stay informed, make quick decisions, and act decisively.

• Monday–Friday | 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Overtime and occasional schedule flexibility as business needs require
