The Shift Supervisor is responsible for leading Time Critical operations during assigned night shift within the UK Control Tower. The role ensures shipments are executed efficiently, service levels are met, and operational issues are resolved promptly, while providing clear on-shift leadership and decision-making. The shift is Monday-Friday 18:30 - 03:00h.
