Shipping Agent Location: 6 Chin Bee Ave, Singapore (Boon Lay)
Hours: 5 Days, 8.30am to 5.30pm
Salary: $2400 to $2800 + AWS
Requirements - Minimum 1 year working experience
- Experience in shipping/freight forwarding/logistics industry an added advantage
Responsibilities - Process customs declaration and bill of lading
- Manage shipment arrangement for cargo clearance for delivery by air and sea freight
- Prepare and check import shipment documents
- Ensure proper coordination between warehouse staff, sales staff, shipping agents, overseas counterparts & vendors
- Work in a small team, covering all aspects of the forwarding process
- Basic admin duties such as billing, costings, and payment follow up
- Liaising with colleagues in Japan and Vietnam for shipping query
