Job Summary: This role requires the performance of verification of all incoming shipments for correct packing slips, bills of lading, visible inspection criteria, and other relevant data. Communicates discrepancies with Procurement and other appropriate staff to resolve issues. Verifies kind, count, and condition for inbound and outbound shipments. Performs routine, daily enterprise resource planning system data entry and resolves minor documentation errors. Ensures incoming parts and materials are tagged appropriately with stocking labels and forwarded to the appropriate staging areas.
