Job Description
Job Requirements - Familiarize with company’s Quality Management System and ensure it’s effective application.
- Attending enquiry on cargo acceptance & door delivery quotation.
- Following up routing order from nominated agents.
- Data entry & arrange cargo transfer to warehouse on coload booking.
- Provide updated nomination tariff to POD agents.
- Billing to nominated agent on door delivery, door delivery shipments & other nomination related billing.
- Attending enquiry on cargo transshipment status, cargo acceptance, door delivery quotation & other transshipment related matter.
- Provided updated transshipment tariff to POL agents.
- Support role to assist in resolving issues and handling disputes with agents when problems arise.
Requirements - Minimum Diploma/Degree in the relevant discipline.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years' experience in shipping / freight forwarding.
