Job Description
Responsibilities - Attend to incoming hotline and customer enquiries professionally
- Support the planing and coordination of Marketing Campaigns, Events and Training Activities
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the Sales & Marketing team
- Assist with packing, shipment preparation, and LC document processing
- Prepare monthly pending sales order reports for the Accounts team
- Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure smooth operations
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements - Training will be provided
- Min Certificate in Marketing/Communication or related field
- Proficient in using MS Office
- Working Location: Ang Mo Kio
- Working Hours: Mon to Fri (830am - 530pm)
- Salary: Up to $2800
