Responsibilities

• Take charge of exports to East Malaysia Trade and Brunei – Loading at Telok Panglima Garang factory .
• Liaise with forwarders, shipping lines, and transporters for booking and scheduling.
• Ensure shipments are executed as per schedule without additional charges incurred i.e. trailer detention / container detention (this means for both International East Malaysia Trade and Brunei).
• Prepare full sets of shipping documents as per International practice / buyer’s standing instruction.
• Ensure cargoes to be surveyed (Brunei) and apply insurance coverage before shipments for both trades.
• Create shipment numbers through M3 software system and connect shipment for update shipping information to facilitate with branches on shipment arrival.
