Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily air freight / sea freight shipment coordination (import/export)

• Prepare and handle shipping documentation and permit declarations

• Liaise with customers, overseas agents, shippers, and consignees on operations and enquiries

• Plan and coordinate dangerous goods (DG) applications

• Negotiate rates with carriers and verify invoices and billing

• Monitor shipment status and arrange trucking, delivery, and cargo handling

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field

• Strong coordination and organisational skills

• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Good communication skills (written and spoken)
