Job Description
Key Responsibilities - Handle air import & export shipments and prepare shipping documents (AWB, invoice, packing list, permits)
- Submit import/export permits via TradeNet
- Liaise with forwarders, airlines & couriers to ensure smooth and timely shipments
- Coordinate with internal teams for shipment arrangements
- Ensure compliance with trade regulations and documentation requirements
- Track shipments and resolve any issues or delays
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements - Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or equivalent
- Min 2 years of experience in air freight (import/export)
- Knowledge of air freight procedures, Incoterms & TradeNet
- Familiar with shipping documentation and compliance
- Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- DG handling experience is a plus
