Job Description
- Min 1-2years of relevant working experience.
- Min ‘N/O/A’ Levelsor its equivalent
- Able to work independently
- Good communication skillsin English (both written and spoken)
- Highly organized and responsible team player
- To be responsible day-to-day import, export and local shipments
- Liaise with freight forwarders, customers and suppliers on matters related to shipment coordination.
- Prepare full shipping documents (D/O, packing lists, shipping invoices etc.)
- Ensure shipping documents are progressed and archived with proper recording/filing systems
- Monitor and track shipment booking, transit and schedules
- Working closely with the sales and purchase teams in inbound and outbound tasks.
- Prepare export documents as per LC requirements or bank instructions.
