Position: Claims Team Leader (Full-Time) Location: Gqeberha We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and driven Claims Team Leader to join our team in Gqeberha. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage the claims team to ensure efficient and accurate claims processing
- Drive team performance and maintain high service delivery standards
- Provide coaching, training, and performance management to team members
- Handle escalated claims and client queries professionally
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
Minimum Requirements: - Proven experience in a short-term insurance claims environment
- Experience working on CIMS (Cardinal) is essential
- Experience with binder and non-binder products
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and develop a team
- Previous supervisory or team leader experience will be advantageous
