We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Showroom Executive to represent our range of high-quality Melamine Faced Chipboard (MFC), High-Pressure Laminate (HPL), and premium PVC Edging products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing showroom operations and assisting customers with product selection.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Service
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers, architects, interior designers, contractors, and furniture manufacturers.
- Provide detailed product information and technical guidance on MFC, HPL, and PVC Edging solutions.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and design options.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and convert leads into sales.
- Achieve showroom sales targets and contribute to business growth.
