Job Description

Performance Auto Group is on the lookout for a part-time Customer Service/Administrative Associate to support our showroom. This role focuses on managing calls and assisting customers in a busy dealership.
As part of a dynamic team, you will handle important tasks that keep our operations running smoothly. Strong oral and written communication skills are essential, along with previous experience in administration, ideally within a dealership context. Your primary duties will include greeting guests, minimizing hold times, and maintaining the dealership's schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
• Professionally answer and direct all incoming calls
• Assist showroom customers with inquiries and information
• Update dealership directories and schedules consistently
• Manage vehicle licensing and inventory tasks
• Complete other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Shifts are Monday to Thursday and Saturday
• 1-3 years administrative experience required
