+ 10 years of experience in ASIC development with Verilog/SystemVerilog, VHDL, or Chisel.
+ 5 years of experience in micro-architecture and design of SoCs and subsystems.

+ Experience in ASIC design verification, synthesis, timing/power analysis, and Design for Testing (DFT).
