  • Own a portfolio of high-value trade partners and maximize revenue, guest volume, and yield performance across all accounts.

  • Develop and execute high-impact sales and marketing strategies aligned with aggressive revenue targets.

  • Identify new business opportunities, unlock untapped segments, and expand distribution channels within the Mexican market.

  • Continuously analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer behavior to adjust strategies and outperform targets.
  • Account Development & Market Expansion

  • Build strong, strategic relationships with key stakeholders to influence sales behavior and drive preference for Silversea.
