Job responsibilities

• Take responsibility for shift leadership and management of the department as delegated by the Matrons.
• Provide high quality emergency care, ensuring timely and effective treatment for all patients.
• Coordinate clinical activities and support the ED team during all shifts.
• Assist in briefing and debriefing of staff to promote learning and maintain morale.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic patient records.
• Adhere to NHS standards and governance, ensuring compliance with all safety and quality protocols.
