About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and safety-focused SMP Coordinator/Specialist to join our site construction team on a major mineral processing plant construction project. This role is responsible for coordinating Structural, Mechanical, and Piping (SMP) construction activities to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality project execution.

The role is hands‑on and rotational, based at a Northern BC mine site on a 2‑week on/2‑week off rotation with two site travel days, overseeing green‑field construction of a mining processing facility.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily SMP construction activities across structural steel, mechanical installation, and piping scopes.
• Support the SMP Superintendent in delivering works safely, on schedule and to required quality standards.
