Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works on-site, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and fast‑track project requirements.
• Coordinate closely with multiple subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution of M&E works in a high‑paced environment.
• Monitor site progress aggressively to meet tight timelines, particularly for critical systems such as HVAC, electrical distribution, fire protection, and ELV systems.
• Ensure proper sequencing and integration of M&E works with civil and structural activities to avoid delays and rework.
• Review and verify shop drawings, method statements, and technical submissions to ensure constructability and compliance.
• Lead and resolve technical coordination issues on-site, especially clashes and installation constraints.
