Job Description
Job Description - Oversee installation and coordination of systems such as PA, Fire Alarm, Structured Cabling, BMS, CCTV, and Card Access.
- Manage the full project cycle independently with minimal supervision.
- Liaise with main contractors and subcontractors to resolve project coordination and installation issues.
- Inspect site installations against shop drawings, CSD drawings, and Method Statements.
- Prepare and submit inspection forms for approval by RE/RTO.
- Track site activities, report obstructions to main contractors, and ensure timely inspections, testing, and commissioning sign-offs.
- Ensure all workers comply with workplace safety requirements.
- Update As-built drawings and hand over to engineers.
- Prepare weekly progress reports and submit to Project Engineers/Managers.
