Overview
Hire Resolve’s client in the construction industry is urgently seeking the expertise of a Site Foreman in Cape Town.
Responsibilities:
Overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of the construction site. Ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards. Managing and supervising all site staff and subcontractors. Monitoring and enforcing safety regulations and procedures. Maintaining accurate records of work performed and materials used. Communicating with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders. Addressing any issues or problems that arise during the construction process.
