a) locate the manholes and public sewers within the land parcel(s) of the construction project to determine the location of the construction site/activity , and take coloured photographs at each manhole and along the sewer alignment to show the absence/presence of construction activities within sewer corridor. If there is construction activity near sewer corridor, the Team is to measure the distance from construction activity to the sewer alignment. The photographs shall capture the construction activities and equipment/machinery on-site.

b) Communicate with the Builders’ Project Manager / Engineer / Owner / QP etc. onsite to obtain documents including but not limited to approval letters, documents, plans, drawings etc. pertaining to the on-going and future construction works near the sewers (Note: information related only if work is carried out within the sewer corridor).
