We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Site Manager, Family Health Centers ¿ Women¿s Health, Family Medicine & 7th Ave (3 Sites).

In this role, the successful candidate Oversees daily operations and patient flow at multiple FHC locations and works closely under the guidance of the Senior Director on various site and network-wide initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

Participates in monthly staff meetings and serves as a key contributor on the site leadership team.

Performs timekeeping duties or monitoring of staff's attendance and lateness records on regular basis

Submits and or approves supply orders as needed for the site

In conjunction with the Senior Director, reviews key policies and procedures with entire team.

Provides guidance and supervises the registration supervisor and PSA team.

Assist the site leadership in participating or providing annual performance evaluations to staff.
