We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site or Project Manager for a large‑scale commercial refurbishment project based in Braehead, Glasgow. This is a unique and fast‑paced project involving a full commercial rip‑out and refurbishment, including a major HVAC installation, roof works, and the coordination of multiple specialist subcontractors. The rip‑out and some fit‑out phase is complete and moving on to phase 2 on 15th July.
You will be responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day delivery of the project, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme and within budget ahead of handover. The HVAC installation is being carried out by experienced and highly skilled subcontractors and trades teams. You will have oversight of this and ensure smooth coordination across all phases.
