Our Client is a A1 Main Contractor handling Civil and Infrastructure projects with increasing projects in the pipeline locally & overseas, seeking experienced professionals to join their local team.

Responsibilities

• Foster and maintain strong relationships with owners, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Oversee site management and promptly resolve any technical issues that arise on-site.
• Coordinate with the project team, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure timely project delivery.
• Monitor subcontractors productivity rates and integrate them into the project schedule.
• Develop and implement tracking systems to closely monitor site activities and project progress.
• Conduct regular meetings with construction staff to enhance quality control and best practices.
• Possess experience working with the Land Transport Authority (LTA).
