We have a requirement for a freelance Site Manager with experience in dealing with demolition, asbestos removal and enabling works.

A minimum requirement would be:

* 5 years' construction experience.

* Experience supervising or managing demolition projects

* SMSST, First and CSCS and Asbestos Awareness

* Knowledge of CDM and UK Health and Safety Legislation.

Starting on site in 4 weeks’ time for a period of 4-6 months.
