Site Manager

Job Description

  • Responsible for supervising construction sites and running construction projects.
  • Executing project quality plan and ensure that project team adheres to PQP while maintaining proper documentation, daily site reports and inspections.
  • Managing site progress, subcontractor’s manpower requirements etc.
  • Check site progress, designs and drawings.
  • Prepare monthly progress report with proper presentation
  • Resolve any disputes which arises if any, identifying areas for improvement in project’s progress.
  • Attend client/ consultant/ site meetings.
  • Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client and project team.

    • Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 7 years working experience in construction.
  • Preferably manager specialized in Engineering – Civil/ Construction/ Structural.
