Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for the effective implementation and successful completion of project from planning to delivery, within scheduled timeframe, quality, cost, and safety requirements in accordance with company and statutory standards. 2. Liaise closely with main contractor, consultants, subcontractors, authorities and other relevant parties to ensure good communication and process. 3. Effectively manage each phase of the project from design to completion while ensuring efficient and productive use of resources and enhance cost effectiveness. 4. Liaise and consult relevant internal stakeholders to ensure regular reporting and effective communication of project information. 5. Ensure proper planning and scheduling of resources, (machinery, labour and materials) to minimize wastage and rework. 6.
