Amentum is seeking a highly-motivated and experienced candidate to fill a **Site Manager** position in Springfield, VA in support of a Department of War (DoW) customer. The Site Manager is responsible for the management and performance of daily contractor activities at this location and interfacing with the Government customer on a daily basis. The Site Manager serves as the first line supervisor for all contractors at this site and reports directly to the Program Manager (PM). In this role, you will assist the customer with managing key organizational processes, synchronize contractor work activities to support the customer’s mission priorities, and ensure all contract work and deliverables for this site are completed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and any other governing documents under this contract.
