Site Manager – Student Accommodation Fit-Out

An established main contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to join a major 1,000-bed student accommodation development in E16, London.

The project is currently at the demolition stage and will progress into a large-scale internal fit-out programme. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a flagship project from the early stages through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard.

* Manage subcontractors and coordinate multiple trades throughout the fit-out phase.

* Maintain site health & safety, quality and compliance.

* Monitor progress against the construction programme and resolve any site issues.
