A main contractor known for delivering prime residential refurbishments is looking for an experienced Site Manager to join the team on a £100m country home project in Surrey .
The successful candidate will be part of a large team with responsibility for the day-to-day management of trades, subcontractors, and site operations on a genuinely career defining project.
Key Responsibilities
- Mid level site manager - general 'boots on the ground' type of manager.
- Driving daily site activity and progress against programme
- Coordinating trades and subcontractors
- Liaising closely with the Project Manager and client representatives
Requirements
- Experience managingluxury residential refurbishment projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of ultra high end finishing standards
- CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certifications
