Description
As a Site Operations Leader within the OneMHS Installation & Deployment (I&D) team, you will serve as the central engineering coordinator for large-scale material handling equipment (MHE) installation projects in greenfield and brownfield Amazon fulfillment environments. You will work directly alongside installation teams on active construction sites, owning the project schedule and coordinating all on-site project teams, sub-team leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver complex MHE systems from equipment receipt through commissioning.

You will independently manage the project schedule, procurement workflows, equipment logistics, and budget administration for MHE installation projects ranging from $50M to $100M+ in scope.
