Minimum requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• Relevant Diploma or Degree in Operations Management, Construction Management, Civil/Mechanical Engineering, Project Management or Logistics Management
• Minimum 10 years' experience in construction, earthmoving, plant hire or heavy equipment operations
• Minimum 5 years' management experience
• Must have previously held a 2.6.1 appointment with proven experience fulfilling the legal responsibilities associated with the role
• Experience with reclamation sites, load & haul, and screening processes
• Valid Code B driver's license and own reliable transport
• Willingness to travel between sites and work extended hours when required
• Medically fit to access operational sites
