Description
The Site Operations Specialist role supports daily coordination with warehouse vendors, with a strong focus one-commerce B2C order execution, monitoring, and operational reporting. This role ensures orders move accurately and on time whilemaintainingvisibility into warehouse performance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Order Execution & Monitoring (B2B+B2C)
Monitor daily order fulfillment status, including released, picked, packed, shipped, and backordered ordersTrack warehouse backlog, carrier cutoffs, and shipment delaysCoordinate with warehouse vendors to resolve execution issues in real timeSupport returns (RMA) processing and status trackingVendor Coordination & Issue Resolution
Communicate daily priorities and volume updates to warehouse vendorsInvestigate shipment delays, order errors, damages, and inventory discrepanciesEscalate recurring or high-risk issues...
