POSITION: Quantity Surveyor Engineer – Electrical
BASIC SALARY: $3,000 – $4,000
ALLOWANCES: $180 – $480
Working Days: 5 days work week (Mon - Fri)
Working Hours: 8:30 - 5:30pm
Responsibilities - Assist the Manager in administering contracts and preparing various tender documents
- Prepare budget estimates and cost projections as directed
- Engage with suppliers to review product and service offerings
- Identify and resolve technical issues encountered during the tendering process
- Work closely with internal teams to manage documentation and address arising matters
- Follow up with suppliers and contractors on bills and quantities
- Review and benchmark market rates for materials and labour on a monthly/quarterly basis
