Job Summary Lead SRE responsibilities for application and system‑level observability in complex end‑to‑end environments. Drive the SREWCCS roadmap and execute a hands‑on monitoring and troubleshooting role from day one.

Responsibilities

Implement and maintain Dynatrace based observability solutions, including DQL, Gen3 dashboards, traces on Grail, Active‑Gate plugins, SRG workflow development and business events.

Instrument, analyze and troubleshoot complex distributed applications across application, infrastructure, network and platform layers.

Drive the SREWCCS roadmap and provide assessments of current capabilities to identify gaps.

Navigate multi‑team SRE and IT Ops to deliver results, including creative workarounds and solutions.
