Key Responsibilities:

Drive proactive incident prevention through full-stack understanding, baselining, and data-driven analysis.

Lead agile product teams during troubleshooting and performance investigations.

Act as a technical SME during critical/major incidents across multiple technologies.

Conduct SRE maturity assessments and provide improvement recommendations.

Improve logging, build automated resolutions, and develop scripts to reduce operational toil.

Monitor production environments, track availability, and maintain overall system health.

Measure and optimize performance while partnering with internal teams on DevOps/SRE best practices.
